Brompton Advanced Roller Wheel Replacement Tyres

The rubber tyres on the Brompton Advanced Roller wheels are known to crack and break over time. Brompton does not sell replacement tyres so I guess they expect you to buy a new set of wheels when the tyres inevitably wear out…

I am selling these 3D printed TPU replacements in sets of 4.

The standard colour is black but if you want to colour match another part of your bike I can do that too. If I do not have the colour in stock, there will be an additional charge of £5-10 depending on the cost of the material I need to buy.

Also, the standard Advanced Roller Wheel diameter is 66mm but I can make the tyres in a larger diameter as well. The photo gallery shows a 66mm tyre and 70mm tyre as examples.

I would say that 72mm is as wide as I would make the tyres before they become a bit less stable from having too high of a side wall. Some people complain that the advanced roller rack does not offer a lot of ground clearance so the extra few mm could help with any accessories you might have on the rack. There is no additional charge on a different wheel diameter, just let me know otherwise, 66mm is standard.

The standard rubber O ring tyre weighs 5.9g. These replacements weigh 6-7g depending on size.
